The Kin Story

I’m Amy Milton founder and director, stylist, concept designer, artwork curator, chief cushion fluffer, van driver, marketing and communications officer and everything in between here at Kin Interiors.

Kin Interiors was born from my love of all things Interior Design, my addiction to the Real Estate market and my passion to help families make their “next chapter” extra extraordinary.

The word “Kin” means family and it’s both my family and the families that I work with that are my “why” for what Kin Interiors is all about.

Whether it’s selling the family home, buying your first home, transitioning aging parents out of their lifelong home or parting with an investment property to make way for the next exiting adventure, there is always an underlying family focus.

I have over 15 years in the design industry across property styling, interior design, new home construction, soft furnishings, window coverings and colour selections.

Nothing is more satisfying than a phone call from an agent or vendor to say they have sold for $15k, $20k, $50k over their appraised or reserved price! I love getting to be part of the journey.
